By accessing and using Kandy Stickers' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Product information

While we strive to display accurate product information, we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates only — typically 2–4 days islandwide. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and refunds

Custom-made stickers cannot be returned unless defective. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

6. Warranty

All products come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or natural wear and tear.
